Using grounded, bodyweight exercises, this class will focus on alignment and stability, while building core and glute strength. Class ends with a relaxation in beautiful surroundings.

This is an all-levels class, which means we teach at a steady, accessible pace, while offering challenges as appropriate.
No prior SUP or pilates experience required. Familiarity with in-studio pilates or yoga is helpful, but not necessary!
