DESCRIPTION:The Portsmouth Garden Club and the NH Division of Forests and Lands-Urban Forestry Center presents their 21st Festival of Trees.\n\n\n\nThe grounds and buildings of the Urban Forestry Center are transformed into a magical place by local garden centers\, garden clubs\, historic homes organizations\, businesses and artisans. Over 90 displays of decorated indoor trees\, cozy rooms decked out for the holidays in the historic Cape House\, and the outside displays\, including the always popular G Scale Train Display\, are sure to delight and inspire visitors with ideas for holiday d cor. \n\n\n\nThis is a biennial fundraiser which allows the Portsmouth Garden Club to award scholarship and grants to community members\, to assist conservation education\, to support historic gardens in the seacoast area and to maintain club activities.
