DESCRIPTION:The Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth is proud to partner with the New Hampshire Theatre Project to bring the lessons of the theater to the workplace to focus on Coaching For Success\, Collaborative Teamwork\, and Strategic Storytelling.\n\n\n\nBeing in front of an audience is not just for actors....\n\n\n\nEvery day we must play a role\, especially in the workplace. While we may have what it takes to get our jobs done\, having a repertoire of interpersonal skills can help enhance our careers as well as the functionality of businesses and organizations.\n\n\n\nThe NHTP Theatre for Life Program was created to nurture the leadership skills of individuals by using theatre techniques to inspire and manage diverse groups. From public speaking and basic presentation skills\, business "storytelling" to better communicate data to your team or client\, and improv for team-building\, improving customer service\, & conflict resolution\, Theatre for Life programs teach you and your team important skills needed to have a competitive edge.\n\n\n\nArtistic director Genevieve Aichele will present sample activities from NHTP's Theatre For Life programs to enhance public speaking\, business storytelling\, team-building and customer service.
