He's a prolific singer and songwriter who -- in addition to his too-many-to-count solo efforts -- contributes to the music of The Landladys\, Tiger Saw\, Unbunny\, and many others. He's the undisputed king of the annual RPM Challenge\, often writing and recording a half-dozen complete albums in the month of February alone. He was the 2015 Spotlight Award winner for "Best Indie Artist".\n\n\n\nHe's been a landscaper\, dishwasher\, lifeguard\, busboy\, dock builder\, record reviewer\, painter\, cook\, chimney sweep\, and mason. He co-hosts WSCA's "Writers in the Round" show. He is the creator of "Some Women\," a series of tiny narratives he writes for found vintage photographs\, first appearing in The Wire newspaper\, then collected in a paperback book.
