On January 20\, 2016\, the Portsmouth Brewery will showcase both fermentations in this food pairing event. Each course will be paire with a cider from North Country Hard Cide and one house-brewed beer. Attendees will choose a winning beverage for each course and an overall champion for the night. Cider-folk from North Country will be in the house as well\, to talk about what they do on the fruit side.
