As Executive Director of the Pease Development Authority\, he oversees Portsmouth International Airport at Pease\, the Pease International Tradeport\, Skyhaven Airport\, and New Hampshire's Division of Ports and Harbors. Previously\, he spent 20 years with Massachusetts Port Authority at Logan International Airport\, helping manage operations at one of the nation's busiest airports.\n\n\n\nAbout Jamie McCarthy\n\nJamie McCarthy is the General Manager of Port City Air at Pease International Airport\, overseeing daily operations for one of the nation's largest independent fixed-base operators. A federally certified Airframe and Powerplant mechanic with 20 years of aviation maintenance experience\, he also supports Port City Air's FAA-certified repair station. Jamie is passionate about sustainable aviation technologies\, including Advanced Air Mobility and Sustainable Aviation Fuel initiatives. He serves on several community and industry boards\, including the Portsmouth Rotary Club and the Tenant Association at Pease Board of Directors.\n\n\n\nAbout Stephanie Pratt\n\nStephanie Pratt brings more than 25 years of aviation experience to Port City Air\, where she helps lead operations at Pease International Airport. A licensed pilot with a degree in Aviation & Flight Management\, Stephanie has extensive expertise in commercial\, military\, private\, and cargo aviation operations. As Director of the Military Department\, she oversees transient military aircraft logistics\, including customs\, crew accommodations\, and ground handling services. She also manages aircraft hangar leasing and business development\, traveling nationally and internationally to strengthen partnerships and attract new aviation business to the Seacoast.\n\n\n\nAbout Shannon Van Splunder\n\n\n\nShannon Van Splunder is a veteran Air Force officer with more than 20 years of experience in intelligence\, operations\, and leadership. During her military career\, she served as Inspector General for the 157th Air Refueling Wing at Pease Air National Guard Base\, Air Show Director for Thunder Over New Hampshire\, and Commander of the Operations Support Squadron.
