SUMMARY:Shakespere Conservatory with Michael Cobb
DESCRIPTION:NHTP launches its 2018/2019 Masterclass and Workshop series with a session focused on developing acting skills for classical work\, Shakespeare Conservatory. NHTP is delighted to be working for the first time with Michael Cobb\, a past coach for the Shakespeare Theater\, Guthrie Theater\, and Denver Center Theater Company. \n\nThis workshop for ages 14 to adult is designed for both beginners and those more experienced in acting Shakespeare's work. The workshop will introduce various conservatory-level acting exercises and coaching in embodying\, clarifying\, and activating Shakespeare verse materials based on the interests and needs of those attending. Those who want to work on a specific monologue or soliloquy are encouraged to bring the text\, however this is not a requirement. Participants should dress to move\, and all-abilities are welcome.  Private coaching is available after the session and can be booked by contacting NHTP.
