DESCRIPTION:This free workshop\, organized by and hosted at the Children's Museum of NH as part of their Wonder & Wellness Speaker Series\, builds on parents'/caregivers' understanding of children's behavior by offering concrete\, connection-focused strategies to foster their child's confidence and cooperation. Parents and caregivers will learn practical tools to strengthen communication\, nurture relationships\, and support lifelong skills. Gina Apgar\, LICSW is a clinical social worker with 20 years' experience working with children and families in various roles including early education\, home visiting\, family support\, healthcare\, and advocacy.
