2026 Greater Ceres Street Open

In the spirit of, but not replicating exactly, the Ceres Street Opens of historic Portsmouth, the Chamber Collaborative of Greater Portsmouth and its members are welcoming back the Greater Ceres Street Open and inviting you to participate on Thursday, Oct. 15, 4 to 6 p.m.  

We're in the process of lining up a great course for you but don't let that stop you from reserving your spot now!

Scores will be kept (but just barely!) This game is all about camaraderie and enjoying downtown.

Can we count you in? 

All teams (or singles, if you're competing solo) should carry at least one putter.  We're regularly raiding thrift shops to build up a supply of loaner clubs but we can't guarantee that we'll have a loaner at each location.

If you really want to get into the spirit of the original Ceres Street Open teams should also dress in costume and equip themselves with a tennis racquet and a pool cue!

Suggested donation of $10 per person or $30 per team.

All proceeds will go toward a member non-profit to be randomly drawn during the event based on participant nominations.
