Angry Hill is a Boston-area rock band made up of three longtime collaborators: Keith Denehy (lead vocals, guitar), and brothers Josh and Sean Roberts (bass and drums, respectively). Together they’ve been playing live for decades and bring a rare blend of musicianship, tight harmonies, and original songs to every performance. The band’s sound is rooted in rock but incorporates influences from funk, blues rock, and other genres, and they’re just as comfortable stripping things down acoustically as they are filling a room with “loud, really loud” energy.
Across seven albums and thousands of record sales, Angry Hill has built a catalog of powerful original material that highlights their range — from heartfelt dynamics to high-intensity rock. Keith drives the band with expressive vocals and guitar work, Sean anchors their sound with expressive and technically powerful drumming, and Josh’s bass lines bring groove and movement to the mix.
