Join us for our weekly interactive Zoom meetings with Chamber Collaborative President Valerie Rochon, each Friday at 1 p.m. Local, state, and regional guests join us to provide updates, answer questions, and hear concerns. Let us know who YOU want to hear from each week.
This Friday we'll welcome David Choate, managing partner with the Colliers International office in Portsmouth, with over 35 years of commercial real estate experience. He will share current and projected trends in the commercial real estate market in and around Portsmouth, and will touch on the current tension between tenants, landlords, and lenders.
Also joining us, from the residential real estate perspective, will be Liz Levey-Pruyn, the team leader for the #1 sales team for Remax in New Hampshire. She will share current trends, and though lacking a crystal ball, thoughts for the upcoming year.
