Join the Friends of Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouses aboard the M/V Granite State for our annual “Five Lighthouse Cruise” – the most extensive lighthouse cruise in the Seacoast region!
This unforgettable cruise will depart Rye Harbor State Marina at 8:30 a.m. and will return at 1:00 p.m.
Enjoy close-up views of five historic lighthouses:
- White Island Light
- Boon Island Light
- Cape Neddick "Nubble" Light
- Whaleback Light
- Portsmouth Harbor Light
- PLUS other sights as we cruise along by the Isles of Shoals, southern coastal Maine, Portsmouth, and the Piscataqua River.

Every ticket sold directly supports the vital preservation of the iconic Portsmouth Harbor Lighthouse! There will also be a raffle during the cruise filled with great prizes.
If weather or sea conditions require cancellation, we will notify passengers by email as early as possible. Cancellation notices will also be posted on our website and Facebook page. Cruises canceled due to weather or sea conditions will receive a full refund.
What to Know
- Tickets are $60 per person
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure for dockside check-in.
- A snack bar is available on board.
- You are welcome to bring your own food, but no alcohol is permitted.
- Parking is available at Rye Harbor State Marina. Please note that the State of New Hampshire charges a $10 parking fee.
