Description

Attendees will have the opportunity to speak to a Certified Health Coach from Cornerstone VNA about ways to live a healthy, energized and passionate life by making gradual lifestyle choices to meet future health care goals. Flu shots will also be available and staff will be on hand to share information about Cornerstone VNA services as well as volunteer opportunities. Children will enjoy visiting Cornerstone VNA’s interactive Teddy Bear Clinic. Confirmed vendors include: Sound Advice Hearing Centers, doTerra Essential Oils, Nikoe Natural Therapies (Reiki Practitioner), Andrea J. Sutcliffe (Certified Rolfer: Integrative Bodywork), Clear Caption, Northeast Passage, Girls on the Run NH, Senior Companion Program of NH and Mobile Drug Takeback with the Portsmouth Police Department.
