Description
The ROSE Unarmed Self-Defense Program is an 8-week hands-on training experience designed to teach women how to recognize danger, break free from common attacks, and escape safely. Through practical training and realistic scenarios, students build the skills, awareness, and confidence needed to defend themselves under stress. This course focuses on leverage, technique, and situational awareness - not strength - making the skills effective for women of all sizes and experience levels.
