American music runs through Scott Sharrard's DNA. Rooted in rock & roll, R&B, country, folk, gospel, and jazz, Sharrard is a guitarist, singer, songwriter, producer, and musical director celebrated for his deep sense of community and collaboration. Johnny Podell calls him ?the Questlove of rock?n?roll.? Since 2019, Sharrard has served as lead singer and guitarist for Little Feat, co-producing and writing much of their forthcoming album Strike Up The Band (2025). He also co-produced the Grammy-nominated Live at the Ryman and Sam?s Place. Previously, Sharrard was Gregg Allman's longtime musical director and collaborator, culminating in the Grammy-nominated Southern Blood. A respected producer and mentor, Sharrard has shared stages with Derek Trucks, Warren Haynes, and Hubert Sumlin, directs major charity events, and continues to champion authentic, human-centered music across albums, education, and media.
