Tuesdays on the Terrace: Cormac McCarthy Tuesday, August 24, 2021; 5:30 - 7 PM Amid the summer splendor of Puddle Dock, this popular concert series is held every Tuesday night from 5:30 to 7:00 PM, June 22 through September 14, 2021. Guests bring lawn chairs or blankets to enjoy the open-air concerts featuring music by local artists. To comply with physical-distancing guidelines, a limited number of tickets are sold for each concert. Advanced ticket purchase is recommended. Cost per concert: Members free; Nonmembers $5 Cormac McCarthy is a critically acclaimed singer-songwriter and musician. Plying his trade for 25 years, he has recorded 5 albums (two for inter-nationally known Green Linnet records). Cormac has performed all over the country, from Alaska to Bermuda, from the Newport Folk Festival and Ben and Jerry’s One World, One Heart Festival to syndicated radio shows such as the Folk Sampler and Mountain Stage. COVID-19: All museum visitors are asked to review the museum's COVID-19 precautions before visiting the museum. In order to follow the guidance of the CDC, the NH Department of Health and Human Services, the City of Portsmouth Mask Ordinance, and the Portsmouth Health Officer, all visitors are required to keep a safe distance of at least 6 feet between households at all times and wear a mask covering over mouth and nose. Cancellation Policy: Concerts are weather-dependent. In the chance of inclement weather, a cancellation announcement will be made no later than 2 PM EST the same day of the performance by email to those pre-registered and posted next to the concert and date listed on strawberybanke.org/music-series.cfm.
