Description
Valerie's Gallery in Portsmouth, NH will be participating in the city's upcoming Art 'Round Town by featuring a meet the artist event with local potter Erin Moran. The event will take place on Friday, May 6 from 5-8 pm at the gallery, located at 117 Market Street in Portsmouth, NH.
Erin hand-builds ceramic objects using low-fire white clay and under glazes. Most of her pieces are pinched open leaving either her fingerprints or tool marks which leaves a tactile finish and makes each shape one-of-a-kind. The shapes are inspired by nature and influenced by modern and folk art.
