Learn to Crochet Lace (Advanced Beginner) Saturday, April 11, 2026 10 AM–2 PM Take your crocheting to the next level in this hands-on workshop designed for advanced beginners. Led by museum instructors, participants will explore the techniques that give crocheted lace its delicate beauty while creating a charming bookmark featuring a classic strawberry motif. All you need is an understanding and basic skill level of crocheting, staff will guide you through working with fine threads and build your confidence using a crochet hook. By the end of the session, each participant will have a finished keepsake and the skills to continue exploring lace projects at home. Please bring: — 2 mm steel crochet hook — #10 crochet cotton This workshop is suitable for ages 16 and older and limited to 8 participants. Members $45; Nonmembers $55.
