About Us

HOTWORX Portsmouth is a locally owned infrared fitness studio serving Portsmouth and New Hampshire’s Seacoast. Find us at 1465 Woodbury Avenue, Portsmouth, NH 03801, in Market Basket Plaza near Whole Foods Market.

Members have 24/7 access to virtually instructed infrared sauna workouts, including 30-minute Hot Yoga and Hot Pilates sessions and 15-minute Hot Cycle workouts. Our FX Zone offers free weights and functional strength training outside the saunas, giving members more ways to build variety into their routine.

Katrina and Robbie became Portsmouth’s owners on October 1, 2026. They opened the first HOTWORX in the Northeast in Bedford in 2019 and also own HOTWORX South Portland, Maine. Across all three studios, their focus is a welcoming community where members feel heard and supported.

Your first visit starts with your WHY. Whether you’re new to exercise, returning after a break or looking to complement an established routine, we want to understand your health and fitness goals, interests and schedule. We’ll introduce the workout options and help you decide whether HOTWORX is a good fit for you.
