UNH Paul College Announces New Executive Program to Support Organizational AI Strategy
New one-day program will help business and technology leaders align decisions about AI value, investment, readiness, adoption and governance.
DURHAM — The University of New Hampshire’s Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics will launch a new one-day executive program on December 17, 2026, with its inaugural offering designed to help leaders develop a more informed, coordinated approach to artificial intelligence.
Developed by Paul College Executive & Professional Education, the program responds to a challenge facing many organizations: translating interest in AI into a strategy that connects business priorities, investment decisions and organizational readiness.
Through faculty-led discussion, practical frameworks and decision tools, participants will examine five essential questions:
-
Where can AI create meaningful business value, and what return should the organization expect?
-
Which opportunities should be prioritized, and where should the organization invest?
-
Is the organization ready across its data, processes, technology and people?
-
How will the workforce be prepared to adopt AI effectively?
-
What governance will help the organization manage risk and scale responsibly?
The program treats these questions as interconnected enterprise decisions involving strategy, operations, workforce capability, leadership and risk. Participants will explore how to move beyond fragmented experimentation, evaluate opportunities and build stronger alignment around what meaningful progress requires.
Designed for leaders responsible for organizational direction and investment, the program welcomes CEOs, presidents, executive directors, business owners and leaders in strategy, technology, operations, finance, innovation and product development—or their organization’s equivalent roles. This includes leaders in startups, family businesses and small businesses who may hold responsibilities across several functions.
Organizations are encouraged to send a business leader and a technology leader together. Participation in complementary roles provides an opportunity to examine organizational priorities from both perspectives and develop a shared understanding of the path forward. Individual leaders are also welcome; paired attendance is not required.
The program will take place at Paul College in Durham on December 17, 2026. Leaders and organizations interested in participating may join the program interest list to receive pricing, program details, enrollment information for individuals and organizational groups, and other related materials.
