The U.S. Small Business Administration’s National Ombudsman, along with several federal partners, will host a Lawfare and Regulatory Reform Hearing in Portsmouth on Thursday, Sept. 3, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The session is geared toward members of the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard’s New Hampshire supplier and marine trades community and is part of a nationwide initiative to amplify the voices of small businesses and government contractors and identify meaningful regulatory reforms.

Organizers are seeking input on issues including:

• Contract administration and delayed payments
• CMMC and DFARS flow-down requirements
• IRS penalty assessment and levy
• OSHA shipyard employment
• Guidance issued with a rulemaking record

The event is free, but space is limited and registration is required.
