Family Transitions Support Program at Harmony Homes by the Bay

Harmony Homes is now offering a designated Family Transitions Support program. We understand that the transition to memory care can be overwhelming and emotional. To help make this process as smooth as possible, family members will be introduced to Vicky Krick, BSW on admission day who will help provide personalized, one to one guidance.

Vicky is available to listen, answer questions, and offer professional insight as families adjust to their loved one's new environment. As a community based organization, we believe that supporting families is just as important as supporting our residents & staff. Our goal is to ensure that everyone feels informed, supported, and confident throughout the transition process.
