Tim Bateman Joins KEY Collective Board of Directors as Treasurer

EXETER— The KEY Collective, a Seacoast NH based nonprofit providing K-12 youth from low-income families access to sports, arts, camps, and other youth activities for free or at a reduced cost with no red tape and no social stigma, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Bateman to its Board of Directors. Bateman will serve as the Board’s Treasurer.

Bateman is the managing director of the Home Care 100 Intelligence Group at Lincoln Healthcare Leadership, an organization dedicated to inspiring excellence in healthcare leadership, strategy, and innovation. In his role, he leads a team focused on accelerating strategic initiatives for middle-market home-based care providers through curated peer insights and expert guidance.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Columbia University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the Yale School of Management. Prior to joining Lincoln Healthcare Leadership, Bateman spent a decade advising and supporting small and mid-sized business owners, developing a deep appreciation for entrepreneurship and the community connections that help local organizations thrive.

Bateman feels personally connected to The KEY Collective’s mission of ensuring every child has the opportunity to participate in activities that build character, confidence, and a sense of belonging. As Treasurer, he will help guide the organization’s financial stewardship while supporting efforts to grow its impact throughout the region.
