PROCON announces leadership promotions and executive retirements as fourth-generation CEO leads company into 2026

HOOKSETT- PROCON, a leading integrated design-build firm, announced a series of leadership promotions and retirements effective Jan. 1 as part of a deliberate succession plan that reinforces the firm’s executive team and ensures continued leadership stability under Chief Executive Officer John Stebbins, the fourth generation of the Stebbins family to lead the firm.    Three long-tenured executives retired on Dec. 31 following decades of service that helped shape PROCON’s culture, reputation, and growth.
