Menu:
- Chicken confit and oat fried dumpling on oily mustard greens paired with Deciduous Argent, an Apricot and Pomegranate Berliner Weisse.
- Cured lamb loin, roasted fig, sweet potato and feta cheese salad paired with Deciduous Cab Albricot, a barreled aged Apricot pseudo Lambic.
- Sea Scallops in Blood Orange Butter Sauce with frisee, pickled shallots and hazelnuts paired with Deciduous Predestination, a barrel aged farmhouse and pseudo Lambic blend.
