Join them for an intimate and memorable evening featuring five mouth-watering courses where chocolate and local, artisan cheeses are the star! This dinner is the evolution of the Chocolate, Cheese and Beer pairing event that we’ve traditionally hosted during Portsmouth Beer Week over the last five years. Each course will be expertly paired with our hand crafted Throwback beer. Every year this event has sold out, so get your tickets today!

Amuse Bouche
Triple Crème Kunik Cheese from Nettle Meadow Farm (NY) washed in our El Chupbrewcabra Mexican Porter, served with house-made seeded crackers and mustard
First Course
House-made Dark Cocoa Spaghetti with fresh shaved Gouda
Second Course
Our own Cheddarwurst crafted from Jasper Hill Vault 5 Cheddar, served on house-made Chocolate Potato Roll with Hank’s Pale Ale Cheddar Sauce, House Mustard, and our Kraut
Third Course
Farmhouse Chalet Fondue with Roasted Cauliflower, Roasted Carrots, Cocoa Pretzel Rods, and Local Venison for dipping
Dessert
‘Bleu Cheese-cake’ made with creamy Jasper Hill Farm Bayley Hazen Bleu, with Bittersweet Cocoa Crust and Fig Chutney
