Speaker Fest 12:00pm – 3:00pm Intro to Yoga & Meditation for Recovery 3:15pm – 4:30pm If you are in recovery, seeking recovery, or a family member this is for you. An afternoon of free food, and an open event of speakers from many of the different fellowships, different paths, as well as family members sharing their experience, strength and hope while joining together to enjoy the food and the power of recovery. Immediately after the speaker fest, there will be an "intro to yoga & meditation" class. The class will be from 3:15 - 4:30pm. Where comfortable clothes. Pot Luck – We’ll provide the pizza. Please bring along a salad or dessert! Free Event – All are welcome! Childcare and kids activities will be provided..
